Serenity United Kingdom ("Serenity", "we", "us", "our") provides independent medical oversight and concierge healthcare coordination services. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
We take particular care with this policy because some of the information you may share with us — for example, in the "Tell Us What Brings You Here" field of our enquiry form — could touch on your health. Health information is a "special category" of data under UK data protection law, and we handle it with additional safeguards, described below.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Serenity, under appropriate data processing agreements:
We do not knowingly transfer your personal data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) in place. Google Analytics and Google Ads may process data outside the UK/EEA under Google's own standard contractual safeguards.
If you make an enquiry through this website but do not go on to become a client, we retain your enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted. If you become a client, your information forms part of your care record and is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet applicable UK medical record-keeping and regulatory requirements.
