These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Serenity UK clinical fiduciary ecosystem, including our digital infrastructure, advisory services, and private clinical audits. By accessing our services, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Nature of the Fiduciary Relationship
Serenity UK acts as an elite shadow clinical board and medical fiduciary. While we coordinate, audit, and oversee your healthcare via a network of top-tier specialists, Serenity UK itself is a clinical governance and risk mitigation entity. We manage the architecture of your health to prevent fragmentation.
2. Exclusivity and Invitation-Only Access
Membership and access to Serenity's ongoing clinical retention services are strictly by invitation or authorized sponsorship only. We reserve the absolute right to decline any application for membership or clinical audit without providing a reason, in order to protect the operational depth and exclusivity of our active registry.
3. Emergency Medical Services Disclaimer
While Serenity provides 24/7 proactive oversight and crisis mitigation for its retained members, our digital platforms and informational materials do not replace acute public emergency services (such as 999 in the UK). In the event of a sudden, life-threatening emergency, members must adhere to their personalized Serenity Emergency Protocol, which integrates with local emergency infrastructure.
4. Absolute Confidentiality
Both the client and Serenity UK enter into a mutually binding framework of absolute confidentiality. You agree not to disclose the proprietary diagnostic methodologies, operational protocols, or the identities of our shadow board members to unauthorized third parties or the press.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Serenity UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital platforms or the implementation of our strategic clinical advice, recognizing that the ultimate delivery of specific medical interventions is executed by independent, regulated medical consultants.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, which will be handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
